Sunflowers & Pumpkins

Hi Everyone!
I was riding around yesterday and coveting all the fall doors and thought I'd share of few with you. Maybe ideas for later or next year!

This is my neighbor's house.....not a front door but I love it! She changes the chair with the season.

A simple but pretty front door.

This is the other part of the picture above.

This is my next door neighbor, Ruby's house!

I took this one because I loved all the flowers.

I don't decorate for Halloween but for Fall. I hope this got you in the mood to look at my pretty tablescape.

My inspiration for this week are the sunflower placemats I bought at Walmart, last week!
In my moment of weakness....... Be still my heart!

My chargers I used last Thursday....another weakness, that I LOVE!!!!!!
A side view of all the plates.

The white pleated plates I bought at Goodwill in Buffalo, NY. They are made by Living Quarters.
The pattern is Ridges. The green plates I bought at Homegoods in Houston. They are made by Artistic Accents. Made in Portugal.
Sunflowers make my heart sing! What about you?

I love white pumpkins! Have you noticed, I use alot of cake plates all over my house!

My Aunt Elaine painted the tray for me years ago. It is the only thing I own that have sunflowers on it.
I get to look at these happy souls every morning having coffee!
A close up of the tray.....
The napkins are from Walmart.....I put a green one inside for a two tone effect.

I love setting the table and being creative! I hope you enjoyed my little tour of fall doors and my table.
Come back and visit.
Be sure to visit all the other beautiful tablescapes over at Susan's at Between Naps on the Porch.

Blessings My Friend,

"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)

  3. I haven't seen those placemats, yet...here I am in the sunflower state, I am not sure I have more than a couple things with them on it. Your aunt did a wonderful job on that tray.
Only one house in my neighborhood ever decorates for Halloween.

  15. Great entryway decor for the season! Some people really go all out!!! I'm the dud on the block who just puts out a fall wreath and calls it a day. :-) The placemat was a great inspiration. I'm a sucker for a sunflower, too! You did a really great job! I hope you have a nice Halloween!!!
