Well here it is March already!
Time is flying by...........
Thanks to all the bloggers who have kept in touch with me by email. You are truly amazing women!
Thank you for your love & support during our difficult time.

Update:
Our house is up for sale and when it sells we will be moving to the Spartanburg-Greenville area in South Carolina. It is closer to all our family in New York.
We are getting excited to sell and start a new chapter in our story.

I decided to set a table after visiting  Marigene's blog, "In the middle of Nowhere". Her beautiful table of greens and bunnies spoke to me! Thank you, Marigene for the inspiration!

Just a few pictures of my dining room table that I set for buyers!

Very Simple........................Decided to go with green to bring the outside in!

A  tablecloth (not quite big enough) with ferns and flowers is my backdrop to my  place settings.
I stacked my blue green metal charger on the bottom and topped it with "Rose Point" dinner dish  by Pope-Gosser and a Woods & Sons salad plate and finally a beautiful bowl "Sorbet" by Tabletops Unlimited.

I love the bowl with all the pretty flowers & fruit.

My centerpiece is a bowl full of red roses and simple candlesticks.
I didn't want it too fussy so buyers look at my house not my table!

Lastly a look at the smaller crystal candle holders.

  1. Elaine, Thank you for the shout out! I am happy that I have inspired you to do a beautiful tablescape! I miss seeing your tables. Don't you just love Wood & Sons china patterns?
Are you ready for another move? Like you said, it will be closer to your family and friends in New York. Best wishes, hope you sell your beautiful house right off.
